Spark Advisory Collective (“Spark”, “we”, “our”) is committed to making www.sparkadvisory.ca accessible to people with disabilities and follows recognized accessibility standards. This statement explains our current WCAG 2.0 conformance status, the accessibility improvements we have made, known limitations, and how to request assistance.

Conformance status

Current conformance: Partial conformity with WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Scope: This statement applies to content and features hosted at www.sparkadvisory.ca. Some third‑party content, embedded widgets, or externally hosted media used on the site may not fully conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA and are listed under Known limitations below. The site was built and is hosted using Wix, which provides accessibility features and tooling.

Accessibility features implemented

We have adapted the site to support accessibility and usability, including:

Keyboard navigation support and guidance for keyboard users (for example: “Use tab to navigate through the menu items”).
Clear heading structure and logical content order to support assistive technologies.
Alternative text for decorative and informative images where provided.
Colour contrast choices and typographic scale designed for legibility on standard displays.
Reduced motion on key interactions where practical.
Accessible form fields with labels and clear instructions for contact and newsletter signup.
Accessible file types for downloadable content where feasible.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following issues may affect some users:

• Some third party widgets, embedded media, or content supplied by external providers may not meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA requirements. Affected pages and the third party providers are listed below.
• Certain legacy images or decorative graphics may be missing descriptive alt text.
• Occasional layout or focus-order anomalies on small-screen breakpoints that we are actively addressing.

Accessibility testing and ongoing improvements

We use a combination of automated scans, manual testing with keyboard navigation, and review with assistive technologies to identify issues. We prioritise fixes that impact user tasks and content access. Improvements are rolled out on an ongoing basis; major updates will be reflected in this statement.

Alternatives and reasonable accommodations

If you encounter an accessibility barrier that prevents you from accessing content or completing a task on the site, we will provide a reasonable accommodation to ensure you can obtain the information or service. Examples include providing documents in alternative formats or completing a form or transaction on your behalf.
